- Smart Healthchecks – the system proactively polls devices to ensure that they are performing and meet a baseline device configuration and automatically sends service requests to correct errors or deviations from baseline configuration

- Alert Configuration – users can configure which alerts are raised and how they are handled
- Orchestrations – standard orchestrations are provided out of the box and are user-configurable

- Monitoring – dashboards show key system performance metrics with alarms for potential issues
